Purity is a magnificient lakefront villa in an outstanding location, overlooking lake Vembanad at its widest point. It is 70 km from Cochin International Airport., the hotel is accessible by car & boat.
A unique backwater retreat conceived to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing panorama over the lake and the life at the backwaters.
The purity has 14 rooms well equipped with all modern facilities like central air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone, mini bar, coffee maker, wire-free internet and safe deposit lockers. All rooms have terraces and verandahs overlooking the lake.
The three categories of rooms at the purity are :
Vembanad Suites: There are 4 vembanad suites ; 1 on ground floor and rest 3 on first floor with either lake & pool view private terrace or prime lake view balcony & prime lake view terrace.
Garden suites: There are 5 garden suites; out of which 3 rooms are located on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and rest 2 are equipped with wellness spa facility on suite and private terrace facing the lake; 1 of them consisting of an individual bungalow, an ideal suite for families set back by the area pool.
Deluxe rooms: There are 5 deluxe rooms ; All are located on the ground floor facing the garden and the lake from it private sit outs terraces and private back gardens, all are decorated individually with antiques and art, the rooms are equipped with large bathrooms with bathtub or shower facilities.
Market fresh fine dining prepared by the in house chef and based on the recipes of The Malabar House. The menu includes local, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisine. Meals are taken either in the privacy of the veranda, in the gardens by the lakeside restaurant area. Breakfast is included in the daily room rate and is served at water courtyard.
Purity is equipped with a separate kitchen to offer cooking classes and demonstrations by the in-house chef. Malabar escapes arrow speedboat is available for excursions & transfers. Bicycles with gears for the use of hotel residents are complimentary subject to availability. Sightseeing & tours can be arranged on site by contacting the unit manager.
Purespa at Purity opens a door to the deeper culture and wisdom of Kerala by adding the intimate & cocooning ayurveda treatment experience to a basket of highly personalized experiences. The menu offers a wide range of treatments which suite the guest’s time and needs. All treatments happen in consultation with the in-house Ayurveda doctor and Physician. Based on individual needs and the available time within the guest‘s holiday schedule, the ideal treatment is prescribed. The purespa at purity has 2 treatment rooms and 5 of the suites have en suite spa facilities, offering additional privacy during the treatments.
Purity offers yoga session every morning between 7.30am – 8.30am. 1 hour private sessions can also be arranged on request.
