The hotel has 15 rooms spread over two villas. The rooms can be categorized as:

Villa Monara: This villa comprise of 8 bedrooms, an open air event pavilion, one enclosed and two open living area, a library, a games & TV room, a dining area and a pool bar, a beachfront adult pool and a kids pool. The rooms at the Villa can be categorized as:

• Master Suite: These suites comes with a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and an outside shower.
• Guest Rooms: These rooms comes with a bedroom with either a king or a twin bed and ensuite bathroom.

Villa Divia: This villa comprise of 7 bedrooms, one enclosed and one open living area, a library, a games & TV room, a dining area and a pool bar, a beachfront adult pool and a kids pool. The rooms at the Villa can be categorized as:

• Master Suite: These suites comes with a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and an outside shower.

Dining

The hotel has two dining venues, one each in Villa Monara and Villa Divia. The hotel serves a world-class gourmet dining experience ranging from fantastic local dishes to international fare, fusion, and Western cuisine.

The dining structures enjoy spectacular views from their perches above the beach. Cafés and instructional kitchens allow guests to learn from the chef and gain insight into Sri Lankan culinary technique.

Both the villas have their pool bars which serve a range of beverages, premium alcohols, house wines and beers.
