Imperial offers 234 rooms including suites, each designed with distinct interiors, overlooking the verdant gardens. The room categories of Imperial include:

Deco Room: These are rooms with contemporary feel having a Queen size bed.

Imperial Room: The Imperial room has a colonial layout with high ceiling and a choice of king size or twin bed.

Heritage Room: These rooms have spacious bedrooms with a seating area for a couple of guests and an option of Garden view.

Grand Heritage Room: Larger than the Heritage rooms, these rooms of colonial layout with high ceiling have spacious bedrooms with a seating area for 5 -6 guests and an option of garden view as well as the choice of marble or parquet flooring. These rooms have both shower cubicle as well as bath tubs from Kohler.

Heritage Suite: Heritage Suites have two spacious rooms, a living room with a seating area for 05-06 guests and a bed room.

Art Deco Suite: With a contemporary layout, The Art Deco Suites have two spacious rooms, a living room with a seating area for 05-06 guests and a bed room. These suites come with larger windows with an option of sunlight and the views of the Spice Route courtyard, Terrace gardens and The Atrium as well as a choice of marble or parquet flooring.

Luxury Suite: The luxury suite have a bedroom, a living room with a seating area for 05-06 guests, a guest cloakroom and a separate dressing room and a dresser. The ensuite bathroom in the suite has a jaccuzzi and steam facility.

The Royal Imperial Suite: These suite features a master bedroom with four – poster king size bed and seating for 3 guests, separate guest cloakroom and ensuite bathroom with steam, sauna and jacuzzi facilities. The suite has a separate dining area with elegant mahogany table for 8 guests, Butler pantry equipped with Gaggenau and a study with office equipment, collection of 80 books, antique furniture and artworks by Prince Alexis Soltykoff.

All the rooms at Imperial offer total privacy and are equipped with all the contemporary luxurious facilities. The marble bathrooms have separate showers and bathtubs, as well as hairdryers and telephones.

The Spice Route: Heralded as one of the top ten restaurants in the world by Condé Nast, The Spice Route offers the cuisine of Southeast Asia. The Restaurant, that was seven years in the making, is completely hand painted with vegetable and flower dyes by mural painters brought in especially from a temple in Guruvayur in Kerala with a tradition dating back to 3000 years.

The 1911: Spread over 3 areas – the 1911 restaurant and Verandah Lounge, overlooking The Imperial lawns, 1911 is the multicuisine all day dining restaurant at the Imperial. With its rich interiors and cuisine that showcases the ‘melting pot’ culture of Delhi, the restaurant is truly a reflection of Imperial India.

Daniell’s Tavern: Showcasing a Live Kitchen and a Pan Indian menu, the Daniell’s Tavern is a dine only restaurant.

San Gimignano: This is the Italian speciality restaurant at the hotel, offering a delectable fare blending the delicate flavours of ingredients that are both procured locally and imported from Italy. The restaurant boasts a premium selection of Italian wines and grappa that are a perfect match to the thoughtfully created menu.

The Atrium: The Atrium is the tea lounge at the Imperial and offers an array of cakes and patisseries.
